The Role

Overview

Prepare and maintain real estate financial statements, reconciliations, and client communication.

Tasks

-Calculate distributions to owners -Backup for control reports, banking process or accounting process -Assist owners with year-end audit/tax reporting -Assist with the onboarding or close out of property assignments -Bank reconciliations -Investigation of variances vs. budget -Monitor cash flow and cash requirements -Review management fees -Peer review team members financial packages and bank reconciliations -Produce accrual and/or cash based financial statements and supporting schedules -Reconciliation of balance sheet activity -Monthly preparation of financial statements for larger clients
