Tasks

Support the onboarding process for new F2F team members, including training coordination and compliance documentation. Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports on leads, team performance, and marketing metrics. Create value for our stakeholders by elevating customer expectations across our industry and consistently delivering best-in-class home improvement services. We accomplish this through tech-enabled innovation, industry-leading talent, and a company-wide commitment to seamless customer experiences. Maintain and organize F2F marketing schedules, event calendars, and retail location assignments. Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, expos, and retail promotions. Assist in executing company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance requirements. Compile performance dashboards, tracking KPIs such as demos, cancellations, and close rates. Assist with payroll tracking, attendance logs, and timecard accuracy for field staff. Collect, review, and input daily and weekly lead data into CRM or tracking systems. The F2F Marketing Administrator plays a vital support role within the Face-to-Face Marketing team, ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient communication, and accurate reporting across retail, events, and field marketing initiatives. This role combines administrative precision with marketing coordination, helping drive organization to ensure lead generation, brand visibility, and team effectiveness. -Collaborate with vendors or partners to confirm event details and logistics.
