Human Experience Integrated Service Leader

Description

As an experienced and collaborative leader you’ll grow this service, lead projects and expand our client base. You’ll maintain your own established network, to whom this new and holistic approach to the market would be of interest. You will provide thought leadership and build market awareness of the Human Experience expertise within Arup with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Awareness of key policy and legislation impacting the Heritage sector in the UK, and preferably Middle East, Africa, India and Europe
• A track record of communicating successfully with governancebodies or project boards and stakeholders
• Knowledge of the built environment sector
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills with both nontechnical and technical audiences, managing stakeholders
• Significant experience in business development and client relationship management, potentially for new services, including high value clients and projects
• The ability to empower others to succeed, giving staff the confidence and support to thrive, develop and excel at what they do
• A focus on customer satisfaction and highquality service delivery, with strong interpersonal skills and responsiveness
• Evidence of industry recognition of this work in the form of awards, publications, speaking and press appearances
• Ability to lead and inspire across diverse perspectives of deep domain expertise to achieve goals that are greater than the sum of their parts and delivered in a way to best respond to the needs and ambitions of our clients
• Proven track record of work winning and strategic business development to deliver growth
• Previous experience shaping and enhancing Human Experience in the built environment
• Proven track record in bringing crossdisciplinary teams together to create productive, collaborative environments and bestinclass results
