-Oversee and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes -Lead cost and commercial management across major aviation and infrastructure projects -Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, supporting business development initiatives -Manage project financials, reporting, procurement, and risk management -Provide expert advice on NEC4 contract administration and commercial strategy

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will come from a Quantity Surveying or commercial management background and have solid experience working under NEC4 contracts. You’ll play a key role in driving commercial outcomes, building strong client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the consultancy’s aviation portfolio. -Open to candidates based overseas — visa sponsorship is available for the right individual -Background in Quantity Surveying or commercial management (client or consultancy side) -Previous aviation or infrastructure project experience is essential -Proven experience delivering projects under NEC4 contracts -Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field -Strong leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
