Tasks

-Ensure as-built data, warranties, test certificates, calibration reports, and performance logs are properly digitized. -Review and approve asset data templates, file naming conventions, and metadata compliance as per ISO 19650 and MoHUA’s Digital Project Delivery standards. -Oversee integration of asset data with the Metro’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) or CMMS platform (SAP, Maximo, etc.) during the commissioning phase. -Work with Hill International PMC QA/QC and Document Control to maintain verified data repositories. -Review BMS trending and analytics for energy optimization and operational efficiency. -Review and coordinate BMS design submissions (control philosophy, architecture, hardware specifications, I/O lists, integration protocols). -Coordinate with Design Consultants (Architectural, MEP, BIM) for asset tagging alignment. -Liaise with Metro Rail Corporation / Employer’s IT Division for integration into the central O&M system. -Supervise installation, pre-commissioning, and final commissioning of BMS field panels, sensors, and controllers at station and depot facilities. -Coordinate with Design Consultants, Contractors, and O&M teams to ensure that as-built data, equipment schedules, and maintenance parameters are captured in a standardized, transferable digital format (BIM 6D / COBie / IFC). -Interface with System Contractors (E&M, Signaling, Telecom, PSD, AFC) for asset handover data. -Coordinate between MEP contractors, SCADA/Signaling contractors, and Employer’s IT/Network teams to ensure system interoperability. -Ensure that the BMS integrates seamlessly with subsystems like HVAC, fire alarm, lighting, power monitoring, lifts & escalators, plumbing, and energy metering. -Verify BMS graphics development, field device addressing, and points configuration during FAT/SAT stages. -Coordinate with PMC’s QA/QC, BIM, and MEP teams to ensure data consistency between drawings, models, and actual installation. -Maintain a Master Data Register mapping physical equipment to digital tags. -Establish and maintain the Asset Information Requirements (AIR) matrix and ensure alignment with the Employer’s Asset Management Strategy. -Conduct data quality audits and issue reports highlighting discrepancies or missing data. -Ensure the Asset Register, Tagging System, and Document Control Index are consistent across all metro packages (civil, E&M, track, signaling, telecom, etc.). -Conduct training sessions for O&M personnel for system operation, alarm management, and fault diagnostics. -Ensure transfer of validated asset data to the Employer prior to handover, along with Operation & Maintenance Manuals and preventive maintenance schedules. -Validate that all equipment and systems installed are tagged with unique identifiers linked to BMS and asset information databases. -Facilitate soft handover of asset information and BMS data before physical completion and DLP initiation.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with metro O&M systems and command center integration. -Knowledge of BIM Level 2 or higher, ISO 19650 workflows, COBie data, and IFC data structures. -Strong understanding of Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) principles. -BMS interface platforms (Niagara, Desigo CC, EcoStruxure, etc.) -Master Asset Register (Station-wise, System-wise) -Revit / Navisworks / BIM 360 or equivalent -Hands-on experience with BMS systems (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, etc.). -Strong documentation, data validation, and coordination skills. -Asset Management software (SAP EAM, Maximo, Infor) -MS Excel, Power BI for data validation -O&M Training Completion Certificates -BMS Integration Report (with I/O and protocol mapping) -Excellent communication and stakeholder interface management.
