Tasks

-Help complete and track vehicle inspection reports -Perform minor tool repairs and assist with ongoing equipment maintenance -Coordinate tool repairs, rentals, deliveries, pickups, and maintenance -Maintain accurate records of receipts, rentals, transfers, and inventory -Provide efficient, customer-focused support to project teams, ensuring their tool and equipment needs are met quickly and accurately -Support electronic processing of rental and sales contracts -Collaborate with the Tools and Equipment Coordinator, warehouse staff, superintendents, and project managers to reconcile inventory discrepancies -Assist with shipping and receiving of tools and materials to and from job sites

What You Bring

-2+ years of experience in the construction industry or a related industrial environment -Background in delivery, tool service/maintenance, or warehouse operations -Proven ability to handle detailed administrative work with accuracy and consistency -Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, including in varying weather conditions -Flexibility to travel as required and work occasional weekends/evenings -Familiarity with maintenance schedules, rental contracts, and manufacturer guidelines -Solid knowledge of construction tools and equipment—how they are used, maintained, and repaired -Strong service orientation with a focus on meeting customer needs efficiently -Hands-on ability to assist with basic tool repairs and organization
