Tasks

-Helps communicate with trades for any and all updates that need to be made and the impact efforts on cost -Order and review site survey, energy codes, truss packages, and structural drawings. -Review CAD files and identifies modifications; as required -Implement continuous improvement directives to maximize operational efficiencies -Complete 3D constructs as assigned from weekly production releases utilizing CAD

What You Bring

-Task management skills and High Ability to Multitask -Detail oriented, and work effectively and efficiently on deadlines. -Engaging communicator and collaborator -Understanding of construction, building techniques, and building codes. -Prefer AS/AA in Architectural Drafting, CAD Design, or related field -3-5 years Residential Drafting Experience -Constant understanding of value engineering and a diligent effort controlling cost impacts -3-5 years Experience with 3D CAD Design
