-Receive or Respond to Client and New Client Calls for Service -Confirm all Work Orders are Filled Out Correctly to Company Standards and Policies -Monitor Job Progress and Customer Satisfaction -Receive After Hours Service Calls on Company Provided Cell Phone -Ensure Materials are Ordered and Received Prior to Scheduling Jobs -Create Estimates and Proposals for Service Calls -Constant Communication of any changes with Service Technicians and Management -Pre-qualify Customers with Credit Card Authorization Procedure -Contact Vendors for Equipment Quotes -Create and Maintain Customer Information & Warranty Information -Manage and Maintain Dispatch Calendar for Service Calls, Warranty from Installation, and Maintenance Contract
