Tasks

-Assist with consultant coordination to ensure consistency with the design intent -Perform initial design analyses and assist in concept development -Resolve design and technical issues -Assisting delivering client presentations -and shop drawings, answering RFIs, and reviewing progress in the field -Supervise team members in the document projects -Perform code analyses and product selection

What You Bring

-Have an understanding of code, building systems, and how to tell a design’s story to through the contract documents -Are excellent in Revit and Bluebeam (Lumion, Enscape, and Adobe CS are all big pluses) -Have excellent communication skills – both written and graphical -Have a professional degree in Architecture; licensure preferred -Are creative, analytical problem solvers -Have 7-10 years of relevant architecture experience with a strong technical background in commercial projects
