Tasks

-Manage advanced work packaging (AWP). -Supervise construction engineering staff. -Perform project scheduling. -Perform work safely and effectively. Understand and follow oral and written instructions, including warning signs, equipment use, and other policies. -Manage revenue, cost, and cash flow management. -Work during normal operating hours to organize and complete work within given deadlines. Work overtime and weekends as required. -Manage temp engineering.

Proficiency in use of MS excel, and power point. -Team player with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, goals, and objectives. -Undergraduate degree in Construction Engineering or equivalent. -Ability to read, analyze and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. -Experience with P6 or equivalent schedule software. -5+ years’ work experience in construction. -Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. -Work productively and meet deadlines timely -Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. -Experience managing engineers.
