-Lead design development, documentation, and coordination on multiple projects -Manage consultant teams and maintain communication with clients and contractors -Participate in construction administration and site observation -Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and material selections

What You Bring
-Familiarity with Rhino and Enscape is also a plus -Knowledge of construction standards, methods and materials -5-8 years of experience in design and documentation of commercial and residential projects -Proficiency in: Revit, AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign -Strong design and graphic presentation skills -Stong knowledge of local building codes and standards
