-Train and motivate team members on new technologies, fostering innovation and continuous improvement. -Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to drive automation initiatives. -Drive process optimization and Lean-based improvements, troubleshooting automation issues and enhancing efficiency. -Lead the planning, design, and implementation of robotics and automation solutions for engineering-to-order production. -Ensure production output meets quality, safety, and customer specifications through robust automation systems. -Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful execution of automation projects.

-8 or more years of experience in production automation, with a strong focus on robotics and automation for engineering-to-order environments. -Demonstrated experience leading automation projects and coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners. -Proven expertise in Lean methodologies and digital transformation within a manufacturing context; Proficiency in relevant software and tools for automation planning, control, and data analysis. -Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills; Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple automation projects under tight deadlines. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, robotics, automation, or a related field. -Strong knowledge of robotics, automation systems, and engineering/manufacturing principles.
