The Role

Overview

Inspect and handle finished fiberglass parts, ensuring quality in a night‑shift production line.

Tasks

-Follow manufacturing orders closely and check parts visually to make sure they meet quality standards -Uphold a clean, safe, and organized work environment to optimize production processes -Use measuring tools like calipers, angle blocks, taper gauges, tape measures, and measuring tables to check part accuracy -Provide support in training new team members, as needed -Operate fabrication equipment, including saws, safely and accurately to keep production moving

What You Bring

-General computer proficiency to improve production tracking and reporting -Capability to stand/work for a 12-hour shift and to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs to support production needs -A High School diploma or equivalent -Meet the minimum age required of 18 years -Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications, a key skill in our production environment

Benefits

-Work 7 out of 14 days and every other weekend is a three-day weekend off! -The normal work schedule includes working 36 hours one week (Sun/Wed/Thu) and 48 hours the next (Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat).
