Tasks

-Planning and implementing asset management strategies in accordance with investment thesis, including operational, commercial and capital structure improvements and interventions. -Identifying, scoping, engaging, and coordinating with external advisors, including prudently managing due-diligence budget through execution. -Structuring, assessing and negotiating transactions including leading and supervising all due-diligence, financial modeling, deal analytics, financing and legal documentation. -Identifying and originating investment opportunities -Evaluating and executing investment exits. -Making an investment case internally including presenting to, and seeking approvals of, committees and boards. -Building and maintaining relationships with partners, service providers, brokers, financiers and other asset stakeholders. -Guiding, mentoring and developing junior members within the team.

What You Bring

-Willing to travel as required -Strong commercial acumen and deal structuring capabilities -Hands-on with leadership qualities to guide a team -Strong communication skills and able to navigate with different stakeholders -At least 10 years of relevant experience in a top tier fund manager / private equity firm or corporate investment role, specific experience in development or data center investments will be an advantage -Self-motivated with strong deal origination skills -Result-oriented with ability to think outside the box to resolve issues
