Managing and organising goods, spare parts, and storage areas.
Maintaining clean room facilities, including exhaust and AC systems.
Leading hands-on facility operations, supervising one direct report (Maintenance Technician) and coordinating with external contractors.
Supporting chemical disposal processes and coordinating work with external contractors.
Performing basic mechanical and electrical tasks, escalating to specialists when needed.
Proactively identifying and addressing maintenance needs to keep the facility running smoothly.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Some experience in stores/inventory management, and a forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
Previous experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or a similar hands-on technical role.
Licensed electrician (preferable), with the ability to perform basic electrical work.
Familiarity with manufacturing floors, labs, or cleanroom environments.
Strong sense of ownership and pride in your craft.
