Tasks

Deliver high quality spatial insights for interesting projects across a range of sectors Contribute to multi-disciplinary teams solving today’s built environment challenges. The role involves delivering high-quality services to a range of prominent clients across Europe. Project work spans diverse areas including the Water, Property, Cities, Transport, Energy and Conservation sectors—where innovative geospatial solutions are essential. Projects will range in scale from local initiatives to those of global significance. -Conduct geospatial data analysis and modelling -Develop custom geospatial applications and tools using Python, including libraries like ArcPy, GeoPandas, and Rasterio -Recommend innovative integrated data dissemination and visualization solutions to transform spatial data into actionable insights -Analize client challenges and tender requirements and propose the delivery of solutions; their component architectures, and automated systems and processes -Scripting for the creation of map widgets using ArcGIS Enterprise -Define geospatial workflows and models for projects (services, data, and applications) -Apply machine learning and deep learning models for advanced remote sensing and image segmentation analysis -Coordinate geospatial technical work, delegating tasks to junior team members, and quality review colleagues’ work and maintain associated documentation -Stay abreast of current trends, tools, and libraries in geospatial analytics and advocate for their use and implement innovative technologies, where appropriate -Explicitly set standards and define the quality criteria for Geospatial deliverables -Design and implement geospatial solutions using the Esri Enterprise suite (ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online)

Our diverse skills (in geospatial data analytics, finance & economics, and strategy & policy for transport and cities) help clients make confident decisions, leading to sustainable and resilient outcomes for the built environment. -Experience using spatial ETL applications, including FME, for data conversions -Experience applying ML and deep learning for remote sensing and image segmentation -3D visualization experience -Effective at building and sustaining client relationships -Proficient in designing the delivery of Geospatial technical approaches -Proven experience with the ESRI Enterprise suite and using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online to conduct spatial analysis -Minimum 5 years’ applied professional experience providing geospatial solutions -High standards in quality and accuracy for all work produced -Adaptive and responsive attitude to changing conditions, requests, and priorities -Proven applied professional experience developing data solutions using Python. -Proven ability and motivation to work in a commercial consulting environment, usually to tight client deadlines, and delivering concurrent work for multiple projects -Experience of data management and interoperability standard processes in the built environment (e.g. FME, ProjectWise, Autodesk Construction Cloud, CAD/BIM packages) -Strong written and oral communication skills -Experience using ArcGIS Enterprise SDKs to create bespoke UX configurations of Geospatial widgets and to run Python based scripts for these applications -Bachelor’s degree in GIS or a related field -An organized and methodological approach to problem solving and decisionmaking, with proven problemsolving experience -Experience in the field of Remote Sensing or Earth Observation
