Overview

Respond to guest requests, perform groundskeeping, and assist engineering duties.

Tasks

-Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis. -Respond or perform duties of a groundskeeper, handle and double check guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner. -Respond to all guest's requests in a timely and efficient manner. -Assist in department needs as directed. -Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Engineering.

Requirements

What You Bring

-May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment. -Education –High school diploma required. -Experience – Six months experience in related field preferred. -Must have basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management and building maintenance skills. -The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.
