The Role

Overview

Develop and execute marketing strategies, events, and digital content for residential rentals.

Tasks

-Oversee and manage all signage requirements, including updates and installations -Create and deliver monthly presentations to stakeholders, highlighting strategies and results -Ensure consistent brand presence and adherence to brand guidelines across all marketing efforts -Analyze and report on the effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives -Collaborate with Digital Specialist on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns -Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans -Provide marketing expertise and updates to operational Associates, ensuring alignment and progress -Lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships -Monitor, manage and report on budgets -Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting -Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging -Execute marketing and advertising initiatives on time and within budget

What You Bring

-Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications -Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketing -Excellent creative writing and editing skills -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills -Vehicle required -High level of professionalism, confidence, creativity, initiative, and commitment to success -Valid driver license -Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings -Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently -HubSpot knowledge or experience an asset -Proficiency with Microsoft Office -Content management, project management, and photography/videography experience are assets -Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail -Required to work in-office -Exceptional decision-making capabilities demonstrating resourcefulness and confidence -Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing with a proactive attitude -Group RRSP matching -Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers
