Manage zakat and tax compliance, planning, and litigation for AEW and affiliates.

Tasks
Manage zakat and tax matters of AEW and its project companies. Dealing with tax authorities & courts -Dealing with ZATCA (tax authority) and GSTC (tax courts) and their respective electronic portals. -(If required) Preparing and submitting zakat return, VAT return, WHT return, objection and appeal letter of AEW and its Saudi based affiliates. -Handling tax matters of bidding projects. -Handling tax litigations, tax appeals, and tax objections. -Oversee zakat and tax matters of AEW and its project companies. -Assisting Reporting Manager and CFO in carrying out tax planning, implementing tax strategies and addressing tax implications of day-to-day transactions and projects. -Handling tax compliance of AEW and its Saudi based affiliates – some by self, some through ‘service level agreements’ (SLA) and some through external tax advisor.

What You Bring
Proper Drafting Well versed with MS office (Word, Excel, Power point) Well versed with tax, zakat, WHT and VAT laws Correct accounting concept -5+ years of broad-based accounting/reporting and zakat/tax experience, including minimum 3 years zakat/tax experience preferably in utilities industry.
