Tasks

d. Daily checking all Technical Report, Daily Reports. d. To ensure the smooth functioning of the Facility Operations. j. Ensuring END to End services under facility management e. To work within approved budgets. b. Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc. g. Month-end checking consumable stock and raising indent. h. Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations. f. Coordinating with the Vendors

What You Bring

b. The candidate must also demonstrate a good working knowledge of occupational safety and aptitude in client-centric operations. c. Solid background in team management. i. Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience Experience (Years) required a. Strong knowledge of property operations B.Tech (Mechanical,Electrical or Electronics) or Diploma in engineering with 10-12 years of experience Grade / Level G2A
