Tasks

-Planning and coordinating all activities and resources on assigned project(s) -Establishing a safety culture for the project team -Implementing company policies and procedures -Reviewing bid packages prior to distribution and reviewing proposals prior to submission to the client -Recommending project personnel transactions (hiring, transfers, wages, etc.) purchase requisitions, change requests, etc. in collaboration with the project manager. -Working with the project manager and project team to review the project proposal and establish the schedule, work plan, budget, and procedures for accomplishing project, along with the staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project -Continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills and competencies to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity. -Managing financial aspects of the project including fee payment, rental equipment, income/expenses, etc. to protect company’s interests and simultaneously maintain good relationship with client

Requirements

What You Bring

-5+ years of engineering experience, preferably in a consulting organization -PMP Certification (a plus but not required) -Excellent leadership and communication skills -Deep understanding of process and personal safety -Bachelor of Science in Engineering -Business understanding and demonstrated capability to manage business challenges -Understanding of risk and risk management techniques
