Tasks

-Oversee the financial aspects of the turnaround, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure that turnarounds are completed within budget while maintaining a focus on efficiency and minimizing downtime. -Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams during the execution of turnaround activities and coordinate efforts between contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and successful project outcomes. -Track the progress of the turnaround and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders and adjust plans as necessary to address unforeseen challenges, ensuring that the project stays on track and meets its objectives. -Enforce compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements to ensure the safety of all personnel involved. -Develop and implement comprehensive turnaround strategies, including timelines, work scopes, and resource allocation that align with the project's goals and meet deadlines.

What You Bring

-Proficient in analyzing project and operational financial data, with a demonstrated ability to implement performance action plans that drive improvements and enhance overall project outcomes. -Education in engineering, project management, or other related technical fields; a Journeyperson certificate is an asset. -Proven experience in managing turnarounds or major maintenance projects within industrial, energy, or large-scale infrastructure settings. -Strong leadership abilities, including effective team management, conflict resolution, and fostering productive collaboration among cross-functional teams. -Experience with quality control measures, procurement processes, and scheduling specific to turnaround activities.
