The Role

Overview

Manage end-to-end order processing and logistics for Siemens projects.

Tasks

-Schedule and oversee shipments, working closely with logistics providers to ensure timely and undamaged delivery. -Handle inquiries and complaints related to orders; manage order modifications, cancellations, and returns. -Track delivery performance and resolve any issues such as delays, damage, or lost shipments. -Receive and review customer orders, coordinating with project managers, engineering, and sales teams to validate all required inputs. -Accurately enter orders into SAP and monitor their status through delivery. -Collaborate with finance on credit notes, refunds, or adjustments as needed. -Generate operational reports on order volume, fulfillment rates, delivery timelines, and delays. -Provide regular updates on order status to project managers and relevant stakeholders. -Collaborate cross-functionally to align order priorities with project timelines, inventory, and customer expectations. -Coordinate inventory levels with warehouse and procurement teams to ensure availability. -Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order accuracy, lead times, and customer satisfaction.

What You Bring

-Fluent in English (written and spoken); Arabic and/or German is a plus. -Flexible and willing to travel when required. -Background or working knowledge in Electronic, Energy, or Telecommunication Engineering is highly valued. -Familiarity with Siemens internal processes, including PM@siemens and SCM workflows. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. -You bring with 3–5 years of experience in order processing, logistics, or supply chain management within a technical or industrial environment. -Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
