-Experience in application development, multiple major project delivering of med-large scale projects/programs. -Superior experience in both desktop and web based software development leveraging newer trends. -Expert understanding of programming theory, object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, etc. -Experience with specific phases of the software development life cycle including requirements gathering, requirements analysis, design, development, and test. -Possess clear understanding of SDLC and other industry standard development practices
