Tasks

-Assist in project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting. -Prepare meeting strategies, agendas, minutes, -Review drawings including overall site plans and electrical single lines. -Support project teams in various design-related tasks. -Prepare electrical distribution designs under the supervision of senior designers. -Perform field surveys to collect data for design purposes. -Assist project managers, engineers and technicians in interpreting the National Electric Code (NEC), National Electric Safety Code (NESC) and other applicable -Conduct customer site visits to develop professional -Attend professional development training and training courses as necessary for performing job tasks. -Develop customer charges as determined by work hours, applicable codes, and

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. -Must hold a Valid Driver License -Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Ability to organize, read and interpret blueprints and/or engineering design drawings. -Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude. -Distribution engineering experience preferred. -Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. -Self-starter with the ability to work effectively. -An associate, bachelors, or trade certification in some form of engineering, similar field of study, or any combination of relevant experience is preferred. -Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally -Continuous improvement mindset when it comes to evaluating systems and processes. -1-3 years of solid work experience required. -AutoCAD experience preferred, but not required.
