Field Engineer Supervisor

Overview

Oversee field engineers, manage pre‑construction walkouts, ensure compliance and safety.

Tasks

-Perform audits of submittals from field engineers to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices. -Provide on the job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment. -Review daily production reports, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate for areas walked out. -Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes. -Assign daily tasks to in-house field engineers.

What You Bring

-Authorization to work in the United States for this company. -Willingness to work shifts as assigned. -Possess a valid driver's license (class "C" minimum) or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position (possibly class "B" - light commercial). -To be 18 years of age or older. -Routinely: capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions, able to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift, standing and walking 4-8 hours daily. -Provide verifiable evidence of experience in CATV construction field and prior supervisory experience in construction or related field. -Occasionally: lift and carry 50- 60 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and repetitve motion (grasping and manipulation).
