Tasks

-Work with sales representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress -Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post-installation situations -Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners -Schedule homeowners’ technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls -Create and maintain homeowners’ job files
