Tasks

-Intrastate travel to laboratories to support and achieve quality objectives -Assist Laboratories with quality matters as established by contract requirements, regulatory requirements and company quality policies and procedures. -Assist with audits and liaise with internal teams as well as external stakeholders. -Provide guidance and support during non-conformances, helping teams with corrective and preventive actions -Support laboratories in maintaining an effective Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing accreditation, certification, and compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 standards. -Assist in preparing reports and quality-related communications for internal stakeholders

What You Bring

-Strong ability to collaborate and build positive relationships with staff and clients in a quality-driven environment. -Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. -Hands-on Construction Materials Testing (CMT) experience. -Excellent verbal and written communication skills. -Knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ISO 9001 standards. -Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques or higher (desirable).
