What You Bring

-Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and practices, building codes, regulatory compliance, construction processes and project documentation standards. -Advanced skills in 3D modeling and graphic software preferred. -Bachelors’ or master’s degree in architecture is required. -Superior client service skills to support and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction. -Exceptional design sensibility and presentation skills. -Skilled in developing work plans, building and managing project schedules, budgets and resources. -Highly organized and detail oriented. -Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite required. -Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential architecture in a variety of project types, lake front and luxury condominium preferred. -Strong communication skills with experience collaborating across multidisciplinary teams, including consultants, engineers, and contractors, to align on project objectives and standards. -Must be Prepared to commute daily to office location in Austin, TX. -Proven ability to produce detailed construction documents through all project phases to maintain alignment with quality, technical standards and design intent.
