-Store housekeeping and following the store’s safety standards -Tinting and mixing paint, pelletizing paint drums, arranging orders for delivery, and colour matching -Merchandise and replenish stock promptly and ensure it is presented well -Provide outstanding customer service and establish relationships with our customers -Collaborate with the Store Manager, Store team & Trade team to improve sales potential within the store -You will be comfortable with manual handling as part of your normal day. For example - lifting heavy paint tins, pushing and pulling trolleys, using pallet jacks, standing for long periods, kneeling, loading the ute for paint deliveries, and doing the delivery and unloading on the other side
-Previous retail assistant experience with the desire to provide excellent customer service to our growing customer base. You won't be afraid to be hands-on daily in the store -Manual Handling of paint tins -Paint experience is not essential - training is provided -A valid driver's license is essential
