-Oversee all mechanical project phases including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and execution. -Ensure strict compliance with safety and quality standards. -Collaborate with owners, architects, and GCs on design coordination and issue resolution. -Manage subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality and efficiency. -Track project costs, change orders, and forecasting to maintain profitability.

What You Bring
Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead large ground-up commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing complex HVAC and piping scopes, coordinating with general contractors, and delivering high-quality, profitable projects. -4+ years of mechanical construction project management experience. -Experience with projects $10M+ in mechanical scope preferred. -Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems.
