The Role

Overview

Design and deliver leadership/organizational development consulting, manage projects, coach leaders.

Tasks

-Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication, responsiveness, and thoughtful follow-up. -Design, prepare, and deliver high-impact leadership development and organizational consulting sessions in a variety of formats, including large and small groups, one-on-one coaching, and virtual environments. -Facilitate strategic business conversations that drive insight, decision-making, and lasting change for clients. -Lead and manage multiple consulting projects simultaneously, ensuring timely progress against milestones and adapting plans as needed to meet client needs. -Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development through knowledge sharing, coaching, and participation in internal learning initiatives. -Lead and support project teams, creating a collaborative, feedback-rich environment that fosters learning, accountability, and performance. -Develop and tailor client-facing content and materials, integrating new and existing resources to meet specific client objectives.

What You Bring

-Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast paced, and often ambiguous environment. -Experience with group facilitation, training, and public speaking strongly preferred. -All applicants for employment must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Visa sponsorship is not available at this time. -Skilled in assessing, designing, and leading external consulting engagements. -Master’s degree in business, Psychology, or a related field required. -Prior experience leading teams or mentoring others is a plus. -Sound judgment and the ability to prioritize effectively while managing competing demands. -External consulting experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, change management, strategy, or HR strongly preferred. -Proven ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously, with strong project management and organizational skills. -Demonstrated success in leading and implementing complex organizational initiatives or talent development programs. -Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted client relationships. -3–5 years of professional experience in a senior leadership role or consulting position, with a focus on leadership development, organizational development, HR, or related areas. -Exceptional written, verbal, and active listening skills.

Benefits

-Base salary is $119,000 plus bonus.
