Overview

Classify ABB products for customs/export, manage master data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Tasks

-Managing and updating master data for products, technologies, and software, including product description, Harmonized Tariff Scheme (HTS) code, and Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCN), etc., and/or supporting customs declarants with product information required for master data management and entries. -Reviewing and applying relevant changes in the regulatory framework related to product classification. -Leading initiatives to improve product classification processes and resolving identified gaps or issues. -Providing guidance and support to relevant teams regarding product classification-related inquiries or issues. -Providing classification of products, software, and/or technologies as part of new product introduction cycle.

What You Bring

-Previous experience in trade compliance-related roles is preferred. -You have good knowledge of customs and export control regulations. -You have good skills in MS Office. -You are at ease communicating in English.
