  • Process monthly invoices in line with drawdowns along with detailed billing schedules based on client requirements.
  • Use internal finance systems and processes to establish and maintain project data.
  • Maintain sub-consultancy invoices logs comparing PO’s to invoices received where appropriate.
  • Support financial accounting team to obtain project financial information and documentation for annual financial audit.
  • Resolve any data inconsistencies identified in weekly project reporting.
  • Co-Ordinate data recorded for pipeline and enquires for monthly forecast.
  • Attend meetings with project leads and project directors to review project billing drawdowns and project data for the purposes of revenue recognition.
  • Liaise with Credit Control team for new and reactivated client requests.
  • Co-Ordinate project leads completion of resource plans and forecast costs to facilitate secured forecast.
  • Maintain project and master fee drawdowns for tracking scheduled invoicing on active projects.
  • Ensure additional fee awards are updated on systems along with subsequent costs and correct auditable documentation.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to gain respect quickly with individuals at all levels.

  • Experience in sales ledger and managing data.
  • You’ll be IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel.
