Tasks

-Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with project execution -Own the comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets. -Conduct final inspections and ensure all documentation is completed for project closeout. -Oversee EPC deliverables, ensuring construction, commissioning, and integration of all facilities. -Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring alignment with end to end project phases & requirements. -Lead project financial planning, budgeting, and cost control. -Lead the pre-construction, construction and post construction phases, including EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) selection and onboarding process. -Monitor project expenditures and ensure the project remains within budget. -Maintain proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, government authorities, and JV partners. -Oversee the handover process, ensuring all facilities are operational and meet project specifications. -Provide transparent reporting on project progress, risks, and milestones.

What You Bring

-Strong understanding of project finance, SPV structures, and capital project governance. -Bachelor's degree in Engineering Preferably in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering -20 + Years of Extensive experience in project management, particularly in large-scale Data Center projects. -Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. -Proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects in KSA.
