-Design and administer expatriate compensation, housing, and benefits packages -Partner with vendors to ensure smooth relocation experiences -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines -Monitor global regulations and assess potential impacts on employee safety and operations -Coach junior team members and review mobility processes for improvement -Advise business leaders on mobility strategy and policy compliance -Coordinate international assignments, including visa, immigration, and relocation logistics -Develop and manage global mobility programs -Align mobility programs with talent development and business growth goals
