The Role

Tasks

-Assist with HR system administration, logistics, and reporting as needed. -Support compliance efforts by processing governmental requests and maintaining required workplace postings. -Support the execution of key HR programs including engagement, benefits, wellness, learning, and talent acquisition. -Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases, ensuring compliance with company policy and legal requirements. -Handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. -Facilitate onboarding activities from pre-hire through new-hire integration to ensure a welcoming and smooth employee experience. -Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, connecting employees with the right HR resources when needed. -Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement events and activities — including occasional travel to event venues or offsite locations.

What You Bring

-Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. -Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 1+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. -May sit or stand for long durations. -Valid driver’s license required. -Basic knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures. -Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. -Ability to work on a computer for extended periods. -Professional discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using HR systems and databases. -Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization. -Experience planning and executing events that promote inclusion and engagement. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
