Tasks

Recruit, select, and train employees to company standards. Develop the retail space to its fullest potential and create attractive displays. Promote the organization locally and foster a positive work atmosphere. Coach, counsel, and discipline employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results. Ensure accurate inventory levels and manage inventory counts. Process orders in the Point-of-Sale system and handle payments. Develop and maintain long-lasting business relationships with new and existing customers. Learn and manage the product catalog. Identify customer requirements and ensure availability of merchandise and services. Implement security systems and measures to protect merchandise. This role involves managing inventory, creating engaging displays, training staff, and fostering a positive work environment. What You Bring

Excellent customer service skills. Background in Masonry and Concrete construction industry is desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation abilities. Organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills. An associate degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in sales and administration in a retail environment, preferably in construction trades.
