Play a Key Role in Sustaining Australia’s Infrastructure
You will combine hands-on project management with strategic oversight, ensuring each project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll oversee multiple teams, manage commercial outcomes, and drive innovation across our remedial operations.
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of major remedial and civil projects to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements
- Promote a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement across all project activities
- Provide hands-on technical guidance to resolve design, logistical, and delivery challenges
- Develop and implement construction methodologies tailored to remedial works, balancing efficiency, safety, and risk management
- Oversee contract administration, cost control, forecasting, and reporting for multiple concurrent projects
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and ensure successful delivery
- Manage and mentor project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve high performance and operational excellence

Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-value remedial and civil infrastructure projects across New South Wales.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager within remedial, civil, or structural engineering
- Expertise in project delivery — including cost management, contract administration, scheduling, and risk control
- Strong technical understanding of remedial construction, including concrete repair, bridge strengthening, façade refurbishment, and steel remediation
- Demonstrated success managing teams, subcontractors, and multiple stakeholders on high-value projects
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (preferred)
