Tasks

-To implement quality improvement projects & trials in Board Plant, paper & Component -To attend SQDIC meeting & also attend production meeting. Conduct monthly meetings with inspection personnel. Assist in preparation of quality documents & reports -5S coordinator for Board Plant, paper and component plant. To implement safety and 5S audit findings related to QA. -To interact with production & marketing for customer & inspection related issues -To plan & execute final inspection of board (Thickness & Visual check) as per applicable requirement of customer, quality plan. -To maintain QMS related documents & data pertaining to his area of work. To assign work, train & asses performance of reporting personnel. Board plant & component plant Final Inspection planning. -To check & confirm the requirements given in plan against the customer requirement. -Assure compliance with all external and internal regulations, specifications and standard work -To prepare daily & monthly Board & Component inspection reports, TPT data & CCRP reports. -Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Raise nonconformance reports & capture internal non conformances when deviations are observed against requirements. Capture rejection parameters & analyse trends. -To follow outlined procedures for systems & processes like SAP, CCRP, code of conduct & management instructions -Implement, audit, consistently apply and sustain the local Quality Management System and suggest system improvements. -To contribute in order to meet organization, department specified key performance indicators, quality & otherwise specified targets

Requirements

What You Bring

-Min. 2 years of overall experience in similar positions. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required -Experienced working in Quality management system. -Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Diploma in Engineering. Preferred Electrical /Mechanical Engineering. -Experience in internal and external system audits, Customer audits, ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 audit.
