What You Bring

-Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are a must. -Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (ORACLE) is an assest. -Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India. -Superb team player able to excel in a multi-task, deadline-driven environment -Attention to detail and proofreading/grammar skills. -A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. -Ability to work overtime and under pressure to meet deadlines. -Graphic Design skills and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) is an asset. -Experience working with both internal and external client groups, and distributed (virtual) proposal teams. -Experience working on North American Proposals with AEC industry preferred. Experience in the professional services consulting industry (engineering and sciences is an asset), with an emphasis on proposal management and/or writing. -Excellent interpersonal skills. -Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating the end-to-end proposal development process, including proposal assessment, planning, content gathering, scheduling, and editing, to meet strict deadlines. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). -A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Communications, Business) is preferred. Relevant certifications in proposal management, graphic design, or project management are a plus.
