What You Bring

-Valid US Driver’s license required -Ability to demonstrate technical proficiency in respective discipline -Ability to inspire, motivate, build and manage relationships across the company -Demonstrates knowledge of the discipline’s technical processes -Ability to travel short-term is preferred -Minimum of 10 years of geospatial related consulting experience is required; previous project or team management experience preferred -A high energy, results-oriented, resourceful leader with a strong ability to lead/grow a team of field crew and office staff -Technically astute and strategic in thinking to manage the activity within the team -PLS required (unless B.S. from an accredited survey program has been achieved) -Demonstrates a basic understanding of accounting processes -Thorough knowledge of federal, state and other regulations regarding land surveying -Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required -An articulate and persuasive communicator, both one-on-one and in front of large groups, with the ability to represent themselves and the company in a professional manner to the general public -Experience with project budgeting preferred -High School Diploma required; A.A.S. degree or B.S. degree preferred (required if not professionally licensed) -Ability to resolve matters timely and lead projects to completion with a sense of urgency -Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D is required; knowledge of MicroStation software is a plus
