Tasks

-Provide strategic management oversight for insourcing and outsourcing services. -Manage program governance for outsourced activities, including RFP processes, supplier qualification, contract negotiation and execution. -Maintain and manage risk mitigation plans including Disaster recovery and business continuity plans. -Ensure projects are delivered on time and to budget. -Partner with business leaders to drive results which support business objectives, process simplification, cost efficiencies and consistent service delivery. -Manage relationships with business partners and suppliers. -Establish performance objectives for outsourced staff and develop competitive performance benchmarks.

What You Bring

-Qualifications in Program or Project Management with Property/Real estate experience preferred. -Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. -Previous experience effectively managing and developing a high performing team. -Experience in transaction management and developing outsourcing strategies for clients. -Industry leading tools, resources and global CBRE platform to leverage. -Certifications in PMP, COP or Black Belt Lean Six Sigma.
