Tasks

-Help model data within a centralized database to optimize for reporting and analysis. -Support IT staff in process improvement initiatives. -Use business intelligence tools such as Tableau to create reports and conduct analysis. -Assist in developing reporting and analysis capabilities for less mature data sources. -Support the creation of ETL processes to extract data from internal and external systems using SQL and REST APIs. -Collaborate with IT team members to learn and apply techniques in Robotic Process Automation (RPA). -Contribute to Welltower’s automation strategy by helping build innovative solutions. -Assist with the installation and configuration of computers, monitors, printers, phones, and peripherals. -Diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues. -Use Help Desk software to track, manage, and resolve tickets. -Provide first-response technical assistance to Welltower employees. -Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT teams.

What You Bring

-Skills: Proficiency in SQL (experience with MySQL and SQL Server is a plus) and exposure to BI tools like Tableau. -Independent learning and a proactive approach to problem-solving. -Technologies: HP desktops/laptops, Microsoft Windows 7/10, Microsoft Office (2013, 2016, O365), printers, multi-function devices, internet browsers, and Apple iOS.
