Tasks

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and quality standards. -Supervise and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. -Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime. -Lead daily operations of the aggregates plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity. -Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
