Tasks

-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to meet and exceed performance targets. -Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and help develop the skills of junior recruiters. -Ensure the team adheres to best practices in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection. -Ensure client satisfaction throughout the recruitment process and act as the primary point of contact for all Perm & C2H recruitment-related matters. -Collaborate with recruiters to develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles. -Serve as a liaison between the client, candidates, and internal teams to ensure a smooth hiring process -Oversee the full recruitment life cycle for Perm & C2H roles, ensuring that all steps are completed efficiently and effectively. -Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of recruitment, talent pipelines, and market insights. -Track and report on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate quality, and client satisfaction. -Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and improve the overall recruitment strategy. -Maintain clear and consistent communication with all candidates throughout the recruitment process. -Ensure that candidate pipelines are managed effectively and efficiently, meeting client requirements and deadlines. -Provide insights to the leadership team on workforce planning and market trends. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with external clients (BFSI) to understand their recruitment needs and business objectives.

What You Bring

-Experience with recruitment software (e.g., ATS, CRM) and reporting tools. -Proven ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team of recruiters. -Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Lin kedIn Recruiter, Job Boards, etc.). -Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage internal teams and client relationships. -Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs. -Strong negotiation skills with candidates and clients, particularly around compensation, benefits, and contract terms. -Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. -Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. -Experience working with a range of industries and clients, preferably in BFSI -Minimum of 10+ years of experience in recruitment and in a delivery role, focusing on contract-to-hire positions. -Ability to analyze data, derive insights, and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. -Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation. -Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both contract roles. -Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred but not required). -Experience managing high-level client relationships, with the ability to understand client needs and deliver on expectations.
