Tasks

Translate features into business impact: partner with Product & Data teams to optimize conversion, retention, and unit economics Lead & mentor a squad of senior engineers; facilitate architecture reviews and hands-on pair design Green-field autonomy: influence roadmap and tech stack from day 0 Drive engineering excellence: establish coding standards, automate CI/CD, champion observability and SRE practices Design, build, and tune Java 17+ / Spring Boot microservices, Kafka event pipelines, distributed caches, and cloud-native deployments (Kubernetes on either AWS/GCP/Azure)
