Tasks

-Responsible for the delivery of M&E projects with our key client Frameworks -Reviewing subcontractor approvals and performance -Ensure compliance with CDM. -Plan resource effectively and ensure internal processes are followed including monthly programme & forecast updates. -Follow tender processes and supplier evaluations. -Work with the Project, Commercial, Design & Operations team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. -Responsible for proactive management of health & safety, Site Inspection targets and liaison with clients and suppliers

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, teamwork, and time management skills, with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Be well organised, have excellent customer skills and be IT literate in MS Office packages including MS Project -Living in or around Portsmouth -Hold appropriate qualifications and be able to display a sound understanding of relevant Legislation, CDM Regulations & duties and NEC Contracts -Require a full driving license and there will be an element of working away with the role as and when required. -Have appropriate experience and a technical understanding of the M&E requirements in the Water Industry
