The Role
Overview
Design & lead low/medium voltage power, lighting, and grounding systems for industrial facilities.

Tasks
-Designing Sustainably -Work on multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with engineers and architects from all engineering disciplines. -Interface with key clients and project staff in formal, informal and project team meetings. -Work with local and remote office discipline staff in the preparation of plans, specifications, calculations, technical reports, engineering estimates, codes, regulations, and technical matters for professional development. -Apply a thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local codes, regulations, and standards. -Model and conduct power system studies and analyses (short circuit, load flow, protective relay coordination and arc flash analysis). -Participate in field investigations and provide permit startup and construction support for projects.

What You Bring
-Washington State PE License required with ability to get NCEES Record to get licensed in other states Harris Group performs work. -Proficient in Easy Power or SKM power system modeling, AGi32 or Visual Lighting Software is a plus. -Demonstrated capability with Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. -Ability and willingness to travel to off-site locations and accept client site assignments when required. -Ability to identify, interpret and apply relevant codes and standards to engineering designs, including the NEC, ANSI, IEEE, and non-residential energy codes and standards. -In-depth working knowledge and application of the electrical discipline. -Ability to pass Client badging and screening processes. -Ability to organize workload of yourself and other staff to meet quality requirements, meet internal and external deliverable deadlines, and manage to allotted budgets. -Strong interpersonal skills with ability to grow and lead a team.
