Tasks

Implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve performance and stability Provide onsite technical support to clients in a professional, efficient manner Carry out routine maintenance, including software updates and configuration changes Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of their trading platforms and technology infrastructure-helping non-technical users keep critical systems running flawlessly. -Implement system enhancements and upgrades to improve performance and stability -Provide onsite technical support to clients in a professional, efficient manner -Carry out routine maintenance, including software updates and configuration changes -Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems when needed

What You Bring

Experience with Microsoft 365, endpoint management, device deployment, and Azure (a big plus!) 1+ year's experience in an onsite technical support role Background working in the financial services industry in a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field No sponsorship or C2C.
